Delivery & Returns
Delivery is £1.99 in the UK mainland for orders under £20.00. Orders above £20.00 will receive free UPS shipping.
We do offer worldwide shipping using UPS, For all orders outside the UK Mainland, please contact us directly via the contact us page on our website, by telephone or our Instagram page @craftyfibresuk so we can provide an accurate shipping price.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and we offer a next day delivery service through UPS within the United Kingdom mainland.
If you order with us before 12pm on a working day (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) we will dispatch your order on the same day.
If you order after 12pm on a working day, we will still aim to dispatch on the same day but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it. In this instance your order will be dispatched the next working day.

In regards to delivery outside the EU and the United Kingdom, all prices are exclusive of import tax and duties for all orders.
All duties and taxes payable on fibre purchases will be recharged to you through our courier.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Crafty Fibres. However, if you are not satisfied in any way please do not hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to refund or exchange your item, provided the item is returned to us within 28 days of date of invoice, quoting your order number, name and address and we will refund the cost of the item(s) in full (less the appropriate value of any offer or discount you received). Refunds will be completed within 28 days of receipt of returned goods.
To return goods you must package them securely and return to Crafty Fibres. The returned merchandise must be in a new, unused condition in its original packaging fully intact. Crafty Fibres reserve the right to decline your return if you fail to take appropriate care of the goods. Please obtain proof of postage for your package just in case it fails to reach us (N.B. proof of postage is not proof of delivery). It is also the responsibility of the customer to obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods in the parcel.
